We have been customers of Gerardo's for 5 years. He replaced our roof, gutters and a skylight for a very reasonable price. G&I continues to come out every year to give the roof and gutters a good cleaning. They always do a good job of cleaning up and they check to make sure there aren't any problems. While on my scooter cruising the area of my home, I came across a crew of theirs working on a roof. I was impressed with their truck and equipment; I talk to Gerardo and the customer who gave me an excellent review of his work. The rest was history…
Gerardo did an impressive survey of my roof and in no time e-mailed a very reasonable estimate for roof and gutter cleaning and repair.
The crew showed up at a reasonable time. There again the tuck and equipment was in good condition. The crew of two proceeded as if they knew just what to do, an upon later observation they did so.
The crew worked as a team pressure washing the roof removing moss, algae, grime. They also applied a treatment of moss inhibitor. They removed the leaves and grime from inside the gutters. Utilizing variable pressure washer to clean the inside and outside of the gutters and flushing the down spouts. They rinsed any residue from the from roof and gutter cleaning from the siding and windows. they repaired leaks in gutters. They did a full ground clean-up and disposal. The crew always worked very efficiently and visited by Gerardo during the work. I was extremely impressed with Gerardo and his crew are real professionals. Efficient, thorough, quality work at a very reasonable price. a job well done! I would recommend G&I Roofing Solutions in a heartbeat.
